I blame Saul for exactly none of this. Poor bastard. He sees his beloved wife who was willing to do absolutely anything and everything to save him, who he had to put to death with his own hands. He even tries to keep it clean - first thing he says is to ask her what she remembers because he has so many questions. He tried not to go there, even tried to prevent it by pushing her away, but then she's just there, she's kissing him, and she probably smells like his Ellen.

2025-03-22 13:27:52 +0000 UTCI remember how upsetting it was the first time I saw this. I had hopes for Ellen, and I do believe she's not a terrible person overall. However, place her back into the toxic situation - the situation she made more toxic the first time round - and it doesn't take long at all for her to revert back to those behaviours. She's disgusting. I even believe she might even have been trying to continue causing harm by telling Saul to tell Caprica he loved her. After that, why would Caprica have believed him? Why would she believe anything Saul said?
