I think the slow pace of the show turns some people off... I have a friend who may have just watched the most riveting dramatic scene, and he falls asleep in his chair because 'He was bored'. He literally has to have car chases and explosions on screen at all times to stay interested. Even in high action movies, on the scenes in between the action, he will be on his phone checking the movie length or planning something for after the movie ends. It's frustrating, but to each, their own. I'm quite happy watching an ultra tense scene about Jimmy trying to get a form signed... lol
