The future of my Patreon page

Hey all!

It's now the second time my page has tapped fifty patrons, which is fantastic!

Thank you all!

Over the past few months, I have been ruminating on possible ways to take the next step with my Patreon page.

Commissioning is undoubtedly a thing I want to offer in the future.

Coming up with my own stories and putting them down on paper is something I genuinely enjoy. However, it is also an exciting challenge to take someone else's ideas and form them into something that they would be happy with.

I have also been brainstorming about offering another higher tier. A tier that – for example – would provide exclusive stories that I won't post anywhere else, together with the commissioned stories I've finished.

I'm very eager to take the full leap at writing.

Regrettably, all the hustle and bustle in actual life is preventing me at the moment from progressing any further in the field of writing.

Recently (2 months ago), I became a father for the second time of a beautiful daughter.

During the last several weeks, I devoted myself to penning down an adequate amount of material so that I could confidently move forward with providing another level of service.

Sadly, it gradually burned me up good.

And I came to an important conclusion. I cannot write that amount per week while at the same time having a demanding job, running a busy household, doing errands, cleaning the house, doing the dishes, washing the clothes, raising two young kids (who are giving me still broken nights), spending time and showing love to the wife etc etc. And, of course, chillin'! Because let's be honest. Writing is fun, but it's also work. Sometimes I just want to plunge onto the couch and spend the evening Netflixing, gaming or reading or something and NOT write.

So, I've punched my intended leap into the writing depths (because the leap will surely come. No doubt about that) a few months into the future. And hopefully, when my family/working/household life is more stable and I'm assured of a good night's sleep, I will make the leap.

Thanks for all the support!!!

Gratz on the 2nd kid and don't work yourself to the bone. Take a break when you feel you need to :)
