You've got a few options, and we'll do this at least one more time (probably with more sexually-oriented ones later ;3)
Cuisses of the Kobold: 50% of Height is converted to Strength. +1 skill point per level.
Full Moon Fetters: Double the effect of Constitution on body hair and sweat. While Constitution is greater than Strength, gain Pawtail form.
Behemoth Brooch: 20% of Height is added to the other stats. If Strength, Constitution and Libido exceed 100, gain Behemoth form.
The Beneficial Bracelet: Next artifact has +50% increased effect.
