While wearing this armor, your ability to swim is not hindered and you may choose to sink to the bottom of a body of water and walk along the bottom, with no action required.
Additionally, you do not receive exhaustion from physical exertion (marching, swimming, etc…).
Crustacean Regeneration - While wearing this armor, as a Bonus Action, you may expend a Hit Die to heal yourself for the number rolled + your Constitution modifier. When spending a Hit Die in this way, you may also end one of the following conditions on yourself: Blinded, Deafened, or Poisoned.
Additionally, if you ever become Incapacitated for any reason, you may spend half of your hit die (rounded up, no action required), to immediately end the condition causing you to be Incapacitated.
