Alright, I really took long planning this one because I wanted everything to be very intentional.
First of all, I wanted her to feel one with nature, almost being consumed by it, going with the flow. In contrast, you see the reflections of the sky on her skin forming lightnings all over her body while her own silhouette is doing the same!

Genuinely one of my favorite commissions -not from this year- ever.
I wanted to make it look like of those wide angle Julian Totino Tedesco pieces, where it’s just chaos if you check individually but it all works in perfect harmony when looking at the full picture.

You know I love working on some Avatar. This comm is for a playmat, so I kinda wanted it to look like one of those opening scenes in videogames, like the next scene will be a close up of there faces.

I feel like I repeat myself a lot but one of the things that can motivate me to paint almost anything is experimenting with new textures and this time it was ice.
