TRAITS
Legendary Resistance (3/Day) - If Queen Mab fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.
Magic Resistance - Queen Mab has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Brumal Queen - Fey creatures targeted by Queen Mab’s spells or abilities make their saving throws at Disadvantage.
Otherworldly Presence - Each creature who can see Queen Mab must succeed on a DC 25 Wisdom saving throw or become Charmed. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If Queen Mab attempts to harm a creature Charmed by this effect, the effect immediately ends.
If a creature’s saving throw is successful or the effect is otherwise ended, the creature is immune to their ability for the next 24 hours.
ACTIONS
Multiattack - Queen Mab makes two Icicle Stiletto attacks. She can replace one Icicle Stiletto attack with 3 Hailstone Salvo attacks.
Icicle Stiletto - Melee Attack Roll: +17 to hit, reach 5 ft. Hit: 15 (2d4+10) piercing damage and 16 (3d10) Cold damage. On a hit, the target must make a DC 25 Constitution saving throw. Failure: The creature becomes Paralyzed and may repeat their Saving Throw at the end of their turn, taking an additional 10 (2d10) Cold damage each time they fail. Success: The target’s speed is reduced by 10-feet and they cannot take Reactions until the end of their next turn.
Creatures resistant to Cold damage have Advantage on their Saving Throws.
Hailstone Salvo - Ranged Attack Roll: +17 to hit, range 120 ft. Hit: 10 (2d10) Cold damage. A creature hit by this attack has its speed reduced by 10-feet until the end of its next turn. If the target’s speed is ever reduced below 0 by this attack, it gains 1 point of Exhaustion. A creature cannot gain more than 1 point of Exhaustion in this way per round.
Queen of Air and Darkness (Recharge 5-6) - Queen Mab picks a point within 120 ft. For 1 minute, magical darkness and howling frigid winds radiate out from the area in a 30 ft. Radius Sphere. Only a creature with Truesight can see through this darkness. Nonmagical light, as well as light created by spells can’t illuminate the area.
Creatures caught in the initial blast must make a DC25 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. Creatures who begin their turn in the area, must make a DC25 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, creatures take 4d8 Slashing damage and 4d8 Cold damage and have their speed reduced by 10. On a success, the creature takes half as much damage and does not have their speed reduced.
Hibernal Hauberk (Recharge 6) - Queen Mab targets up to 10 creatures. Heavy, jagged, ice covers their bodies like a suit of armor for 1 hour. Creatures affected by this ability gain the following benefits.
Resistance to Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing damage.
Immunity to Cold damage and the effects of cold weather / environments.
Ignore difficult terrain related to ice and snow and have your movement doubled on those types of surfaces.
As a Bonus Action, you may target a creature affected by this ability to cause the suit of ice encasing it to explode outward, ending the effect on the creature and dealing 4d8 Piercing and 4d8 Cold damage to all creatures within 15 ft of the target.

REACTIONS
Frosty Escape (Recharge 4-6) - In response to taking damage, Queen Mab explodes in a swirling icy gale and teleports, along with any equipment she is wearing or carrying, up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space she can see. All enemies within 15ft of the space she left have Disadvantage on Ability Checks, Attack Rolls, and Saving Throws until the end of their next turn.

Queen Mab can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Queen Mab regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.
