You gain a +3 to Attack and Damage rolls with this magical weapon. Additionally, you may ignore any difficult terrain imposed by ice or snow. 

Boreal Blitz - When making an attack, the target and all creatures (other than you) within 5ft. of the target take 2d10 Cold damage. Additionally, the ground within that area becomes coated in magic permafrost for 24hrs. This area is difficult terrain and any creature moving across it must make a DC19 Dexterity saving throw or slip and fall prone. Any creature who can ignore the effects of difficult terrain do not need to make the saving throw. 

Polar Vortex - As a Bonus Action you call upon frigid winter winds, creating a 20ft. Sphere centered on yourself. All creatures within this sphere must make a DC19 Strength saving throw or be pulled 10ft. toward you or pushed 10ft. away from you, chosen when you activate the ability. Any creature standing on magical permafrost created by you, automatically fails this save and falls Prone. 

Frozen Doom - As a Magic Action, you cause massive icicles to erupt from any patches of magical permafrost you have created, destroying them. Creatures within the area of permafrost must make a DC19 Constitution saving throw, taking 3d10 Piercing Damage and 5d6 Cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Creatures who are prone when hit by this ability have Disadvantage on their saving throw.
