“The crown of the ruler of the Feywild’s Summer Court, High Queen Titania. This beautiful symbol of the fairy queen’s rule is woven through with golden branches from the world tree, and adorned with a jeweled oak leaf. It’s said that any being who wears this crown will be granted a measure of the Summer Queen’s power.”

Lady of Summer - As an action, you may cast the spell Dominate Monster with a DC18 spell save on any Fey creature. Any saving throws made by fey creatures to resist these spells are made at Disadvantage. In addition, these spells bypass any effect that would render a fey creature immune to the charmed condition. 

Summer Storm - As an action, you may cause dark storm clouds to form at a point in the sky you can see, spreading in a 60 ft radius. Rain pours from these clouds, causing ranged attacks in or through the storm to be made with Disadvantage. 

When an enemy creature enters the space beneath the storm clouds or begins its turn there, it must make a DC18 Dexterity Saving Throw. On a failure, the creature takes 3d10 Lightning damage and becomes Paralyzed until the start of its next turn. On a success, the creature takes half as much damage and is not Paralyzed. 

The storm lasts for 10 minutes or until you choose to end it. This ability may be used up  to 3 times and you regain all uses at the next noon. 

Blazing Resolve - As an action, choose a number of creatures up to your proficiency modifier. Spectral Summer fire blazes on the bodies of these creatures and unleashes a fervor for battle in their souls for the next 1 minute. Attacks made by these creatures deal an additional 1d8 Fire damage to any creature they hit and all enemies  within 5ft of it. Additionally, any attacks made by these creatures are made with advantage. As a bonus action, you may cause the fires burning on one of these creatures to erupt, dealing 2d8 Fire damage to all enemy creatures within 15 ft. Blazing Resolve may be used once per day and cannot be used again until the next noon.
