I wish I had better news on progress about CH12, but while I'm still chipping away at it, it's going much slower than I hoped. Might be I'm still in a bit of a winter funk, but I really hope in February I'll at least be able to finish one of the major branching scenes so I can have some good news for you soon 🙏🏼
Also a small note, it just hit me that I never posted R's character Q&A last month, so I'll post it at some point this month instead 💀
For February, these are the themes I have planned:
- For tier 1/On the Run, D's character snippet will be an alternate timeline scenario where the Crown was found by Ferzan and raised as his successor, and D's mother was never disgraced as the general (so D serves as her lieutenant). It'll give a look at what D and the Crown's relationship would have been like under those circumstances
- For tier 2/Successor, A's character snippet will be the same alternate timeline scenario as D's, except with A being newly appointed as their Protector, and how their relationship with the Crown would have developed spending their late teens together
- For tier 3/Crown, R's romance snippet will feature a studying date between them and the Crown, and some flirty library shenanigans (make-outs between the bookshelves may or may not be included)
