For many of us, it started during the COVID lockdowns, when suddenly we found ourselves working from home… and asking: “Do I really need pants for this Zoom call?” 😄
Now that remote work has become more common, the freedom to work in your most natural state is more possible than ever—and we take full advantage of it whenever we can!
So why do we love working naked? Here are just a few reasons:
🌿 Total comfort – No tight clothes, no waistbands, just your skin and a comfy chair.
🧘 Increased focus – Believe it or not, being naked helps us feel more present and grounded.
🌞 More connection with nature – Especially when we can work near a window or in the garden.
😊 Boosts mood and confidence – Starting your workday without clothes somehow sets a positive tone.
💻 Freedom of movement – Stretching, sitting, standing… nothing gets in the way!
Working naked is more than just a lifestyle choice—it’s a little rebellion against the idea that we always have to be “dressed up” to be productive. And it reminds us to stay relaxed, authentic, and in tune with ourselves.

We totally get that — being stuck in an office full time can really take its toll 😥 Just know that even short moments of nakedness at home, before or after work, can make a big difference 😊❤️
