Couldn't post too much about how the DLC stuff was going due to NDAs and other fun agreements. Review content is the absolute last thing they lift embargo on so I have to be careful not to be saying too much on how I think things are until that's done or else it could be interpreted as "review content". I'm eternally glad I rarely have to deal with this kind of thing. A lot of people ended up liking the idea of Lizard XCOM, and it turns out there actually *is* a Lizardmen mod for XCOM 2 because of course there is.
Still, I have a copy of the new Silence & Fury DLC to give away! So we'll run another art contest here, and again I beg you not to go too high effort because this is mainly for fun. Draw your finest interpretation of Oxyotl, whether he just wants to kill Chaos, is Solid Snake, the XCOM advisor, it doesn't matter. It can be silly, just post it or link to it in the comments of this post as always. A winner will be picked out next Friday and I'll send a DLC code over.
Moving on, I have some progress done on some videos (I still need to update the List doc and I'm desperately behind on emails) and it's at a point where you all can pick what I should focus on to get out imminently. There is some RPG stuff going still, but again long term in the background. I was actually hoping to have a big Kingdom Come Deliverance thing out this year but we'll see if I ever end up being able to upgrade my system to properly run it with the shortages still going strong. Still not paying any scalper tax. Depending on the game the video might not come out until August, but no worries for any backers who came after the newest video as your credits and stuff carry over into the next month.

Haven't tried any actually, and I don't think there's any kind of unofficial patch deal out there for it.

2021-07-18 15:38:26 +0000 UTCI love SHOCK but it's so well known, I had to vote for something different. Voted for RUINER as it's such an interesting title that normally has everything I like, but for some reason I just couldn't get into. Never been able to put my finger on it.

You said yourself games that you have mixed feelings on are the most interesting for you to review, so do what you wanna do I guess? In any case, I'd be happy with whatever you do.
