July Short Story Poll

Alright, folks. More than half of all voters last month said they actually do read the Short Stories. Which means I feel like I ought to keep making them. That said, something needs to change to help me with trying to manage the burnout from doing to many projects at once. As such, I'm overhauling this poll a bit. Specifically, I'm going to be narrowing the options somewhat, while rotating them more frequently.

Essentially, I'm going to pick out 4-5 story concept, be those new ones or existing series, for which my muse is relatively strong in a given month. Doing that will, at least, prevent a frequent problem I've had of needing to force myself to write something that wins when I'm really not feeling it. That sort of thing makes making any progress on shorts, which honestly shouldn't take more than a few hours, drag out for days sometimes. Expect to see a fairly wide bunch of stories, both old and new, appearing in the poll from now on. There will be fewer options each month, though.

On another note, as a means to preserve my own sanity and shorten the amount of time I have to spend on the Short Story, I'm removing the previous Vote Weighing. This poll is now a straight popularity vote.
