3D Canvas 2.9.6 - More Polish, more user frendly

New - 3D Navigator:
3D Canvas now has it's own 3D navigator, with this helpful slider you will be able to restrict the view to specific levels.
To get the slider you must define Levels in the Levels UI, the slider will use the TOP range of the levels as a clipping plane!
This new interface also comes with 2 Helpful buttons:
Sync: If you are GM you can press this button to sync your view with players
Camera: By pressing this button the player (or gm) will be focused on the currently selected token - This is the same behavour of Shift+X but it's a button now!
Fixed:
- 3D Canvas freezing when creating new levels in the Levels UI
- Minor Fixes
