Presenting The Deathwatch Community Army.

Back at the begining of the year we started a project that I don't know if I've ever seen done before. A community contributed army. All of us at playon have been talking about doing a Community army for a while and our community on Patreon and Discord have grown quite a bit in the last couple years and we felt this was the time!

And the community responded! Steve made a roughly 3000 pt list, and we put up a google doc to sign up with some guidelines. But really encouraged people to be creative. We set a due date of March 15th, and over the course of the next two months our work day was constantly interrupted by these amazing packages of love and care that fantastic people sent in.

We had submissions from all levels of skill and from all over the world. It was a humbling experience to have so many people trust you and want to participate in this project.

Were currently working on a army showcase of all the submissions, and in a couple weeks, we will be recording its inaugural game. Space Marine Steve has graciously stepped up to the plate to play a 1500 point match vs the Tyranids piloted by Tycho (we need a new nick name!)
