Monthly Progress Report - April

Hello, hello and welcome!

April's the month that begins with good-willed tricks and jests, those fond of notifications(1) might recall what we were up to this year... beyond all of that fun, we're still hard at work getting our next release up and ready for you and branching into exciting new places where you can experience Elfheim!

One of our previews from last month combined with another for a small showcase of a before and after with two versions being posted, the second post also featured an extra preview; this "quick progression" which we have done a few times in the past shows a little bit of an insight between the initial concept of an image and how the final vision looks like.

There was also a third preview, this time showing our protagonist falling for Morgana's grip and allure. She strikes precisely at our weak points and soft hearts, and then she will keep going, not minding anything else but her own satisfaction...

The first non-alpha release of the 0.5.X series is out, available to everyone on the Porcelain Tier and above, this version shows Morgana's relentless onslaught towards rekindling long lost pleasures at the cost of our Hero's stamina. Her visions of delight and endless pleasure proved to be too much for the king which in turn reveals a certain secret...

Sequentially, another Elvish Pack was released as well! Remember? It is our lovely art pack with all of Elfheim's latest artworks, soundtrack and unused assets! More Elves are always a nice thing, right?? If you're at the Gold Tier you can get all of those goodies, as well as some extras.

We recently launched our demo version on Newgrounds to be directly playable on your browser! If you happen to be reading this and found out about Elfheim from way over there, I wish you a warm welcome! I do have to stress that Ren'py Web is a fickle mistress and there might still be certain browser related bugs that are really puzzling to fix. In any case, we do recommend Firefox for the smoothest experience possible.
