Monthly Progress Report - January

Hello Everyone!

A new year has arrived! And if you are even a little bit like us, wishing for more Elves in 2020 was a major part of your new year’s resolutions, and that being the case... we happen to be on a mission to make that wish a reality!

As we mentioned in our last report, we will be making changes to our current tier configuration. We plan to make a post exclusively addressing this later in the month and also another post after the changes are made. Our plans are basically to increase the first tier from 1$ to 3$ and to add or change some rewards to all tiers(like unifying the voting system, instead of separating per category).

The elusive “Alpha” or “Beta” version is something we get asked about a lot, so yeah, we are including in one of our tiers the possibility to get an early alpha version, and we truly mean that. If you are associating this with an early access thing where paying more will get you playing the finished version five days earlier, you are wrong. What we think of as an Alpha is a very Work-in-Progress version, with lots of unfinished art and some bugs that might be present, just for those who want a peek at the earliest version we are comfortable sharing.

It is said that Slimes are shapeless beings that look like huge drops of water with sentience, that they are able to take any form and create body parts at will, in Elfheim, one particular Slime who once was a Great King has been reduced to his most basic form; now he must work extra hard to regain his strength. Speaking of which, Elves sure love to exercise close to one another, so our distraught Protagonist will certainly get the recovery he(they?) need, and we will get to watch all of it from the front seat! Besides that, we already got some exciting artwork ready to be shared, so expect to see some of those very soon.
