Mira (Maid Cosplay Uniform)

So...this is actually a punishment costume for Mira, for reasons that aren't obvious until you know her story. An no, it's not because she has an aversion to maids... I also happen to think it's one of my better coloring/shading attempts so far, despite the relative boringness of the pose (which...is also story related). Despite some hiccups (see next paragraph) I'm happy with it.

Anyway, this is the piece of art I had originally intended to go along with the general(public) post I did yesterday. As I said in that post though, my hand was killing me. Sadly, while it was a lot better today, even finishing this piece (the lines had already been 90% completed, it was the coloring and shading I did today) made it ache again. I think I'll probably take a couple of days off from the art, knock out some of the Eros Academy renders for the month. I've already acquired several new assets and have a plan for said renders, with the only question being if I go with the more complex plan, or the simple one, depending on the poll.

The poll which is currently tied. Not sure what I'm gonna do about that if it stays that way. Before I've just gone with whichever of the tied results I most wanted to work on personally, but with the public release of v2.05 coming up this month, going with the extended Eros Academy release might make more sense(so you lovely, wonderful, patrons still have a decent amount of exclusive content ^_^)...doubly so since I have an idea that will basically double down on the content I've planned for the basic update this month. Which would mean I can use the same assets I just purchased, making the process potentially fairly quick...by the standards of Eros Academy anyway. Renders still take time, particularly as my hardware is no longer anywhere near top-of-the-line. It's still pretty solid by most standards, but for rendering...well, there's a reason I've never considered going to a higher resolution overall for the game.
