The Elven Maid(Novel) Poll

AHHH!! Crap. It's the 17th. Soooo, I was going to close out the reward poll on the 15th and post the new one on the 16th. Unfortunately, between loosing track of my days a bit (I work a very odd schedule, so this is a thing that happens) and the fact that I crashed hard last night after finally getting out to see Infinity War (which I didn't like)....

Anyway, my apologies for the delay. Thankfully, it shouldn't make much difference in the grand scheme of things. As anyone who's kept track of the poll should know, The Elven Maid tied with the Additional Scene for Eros Academy option. As I warned you, when this happens I'm going to go with the option that either I personally want to work on (between the tied options, obviously), or else the one that makes the most practical sense.

In this case, those happen to be the same. Namely, I'm choosing to do The Elven Maid as the reward. To be honest, I kinda want to work on it...but that isn't the biggest reason. This month has been a bit chaotic for me, and it's only likely to get worse. I'm in the middle of negotiating for a new freelance contract, I'm planning on traveling to see family for memorial day, and I'm at least a little behind on virtually every project both professional and hobby. 

As a result, I was actively dreading the idea that the Extra Scene might win this month, since I wasn't at all sure I could get it done. Even with the novel option, which is easier on me time-wise, I'm not 100% confident that I'm going to get both rewards done by end-of-month. I'll give it my best shot but, much as I hate to be blunt about it, my day-job is what pays the bills at the moment and takes absolute precedence over work on the games/rewards. I hope that changes some day, but that day isn't today (sadly).

All of that being said. On to the actual point of the post. This is the first post for you to help 'guide' the direction in which "The Elven Maid" novel goes. Much like a choose-your-own-adventure novel, the collective vote of you $5+ patrons will determine MAJOR directional choices for the story. Depending on how things go, I may come back at a later date and fill in other branching paths to make it a true choose-your-own-adventure story. But for now, you guys get to determine the one-true-path which Galyn and the others will follow in this novel, making all of you a very real part of it's creation!

Now, it's been a couple of months, so let's refresh your memory. We left Galyn being confronted by his majordomo Rivera, offering for her and Alex to help Galyn shape/train Elora into whatever he envisions her as being. 

So, what will Galyn's choice be? You decide!

Options:

A Lover Only - Galyn wants Elora to be his concubine. She will be trained as a maid/servant who will submit to his every command, no matter how sexual. She will, however, ultimately remain only his servant, not becoming his wife or someone he looks to for advice in non-sexual matters.

A Noble Wife - Elora will be trained to be Galyn's eventual wife. As a true Lady, while she will still fill his bed as an exotically beautiful lover, she will also stand beside him as an equal in all things. In addition to being his lover, she will help him build his enterprises and fulfill every ambition. She will be provided all the knowledge and training to be a force to be reckoned with all on her own merits...but this will also mean she expects as much equality in bed as in business. Some of the kinky things they get up to may happen to him, not her...

Something In Between - Elora will be trained to appear to be an exotic wife and equal to the rest of the world. Indeed, when it comes to business and politics, she'll be helpful advisor...though only an advisor. Unlike her path as "A Noble Wife," she will not be a force to be reckoned with all on her own, but merely one that supplements his power without competing with it. Behind closed doors, she will submit to Galyn's every sexual desire, serving him in bed as a total submissive. 


There you have it! Vote away! I'm honestly curious where this one is going to end...I actually can't even hazard a guess as to how the vote will come out. Which is actually kinda exciting. I tried to be as clear as possible about what each option would mean, without spoiling anything, but feel free to ask clarifying questions!
