Patron release 0.28.0 - New Scenario with voice acting, male customisation and more

This update adds four new beach level scenario with voice acting, featuring Amber, a seductive MILF that needs help with her sunscreen.
We also finished implementing more advanced customisation for male characters, this includes many detailed shape slider, tattoos, hair color and more.

-4 new scenarios for beach level with voice acting
-Separate emotion control for second character

-Improved sex pose start location
-Male genitals are flaccid when outside of sex
-Characters in the world now start with the pose they are at the start of a scenario
-Many new high heels (from mod by Nomad)
-Shoe color editable

-Toe movement off when mod highheel value is over 0
-fixed broken looking hair on medium settings
-fixed an issue where scenario cam teleported you far away when position had no scenario cam.
-fixed hide male and holo mode bugs
-fixed strapon dick not matching girls skin color
-fixed eye brow thickness slider not working
-fixed orgasm sound during deepthroat climax
-fixed HideMaleHead command not hiding teeth
-fixed remove image command
-fixed weird pov cam rotation for some positions
-fixed an issue where changing cam mode teleported cam far away for some positions
