From the title I was imaging someone was drenched and then needed to get naked to dry things out in an unusual situation. Maybe a professor in his office letting his clothes dry and suddenly there is an explosion or fire drill and the building needs to be immediately evacuated and the hunky professor can’t get to his clothes as they were destroyed in what happened or smoke is filling the space and he needs to get out ASAP to save his life, without clothes of course.
