im currently on instagram/social media therapy as im learning to lessen my social media usage as it was definitely excessive. i just posted feb 14 as it was my bday. but im learning some life changing cleansing things that can help mah bish ass in the future lol

Morning/afternoon!! How are you today? I kinda am dealing with the same with my phone. I have an app called yourhour that locks me out of my apps after a certain amount of time. Its really helped, I've gotten way more done since.
