You are welcome. I hope you get some well deserved mental recuperating. Your mind is number 1. Specially something as creative as cosplay you need an effective way to fend off the hate mentally.

Begginers for body/posture - Hatha Yoga Fast pace/ heart - Vinyasa yoga Body alignment/ posture - lyengar yoga Breathing/ meditation / mind - ashtanga yoga or Yin yoga (repetitive postures. Breathing) Bikram yoga is like exercise for 90 mins should include a bit of everything. (Or make it hot yoga by doing it in a hot room/sauna) Im sure im missing one or two. Ive been doing the p90x for some time. Its more like bikram yoga since its fast paced and long AF. But it has given me results even i am surprised to have. Hope this helps. Good luck :)
