Reunion (Originals) - Ep 17 Preview

[SPOILER CAPTION HERE]: Now that the Batman arc is over... back to our regularly scheduled programming! xD

Thank you guys for your kind words and encouragement for Ep15/16, for the record it still makes me happy knowing that you guys enjoyed it so pls don't feel conflicted! I know the whole editor debacle is... sumthin else -_- but I did do my best to make the events make sense and spent the most time on those two episodes because of how tricky it was to execute, both technique and writing wise.

[EP 16 SPOILER] I went against my editor's direction and made Rhea more badass (within reason) LOL. We know she is a regular citizen so there isn't much she can do, realistically, but editor wanted her to be a straight up damsel which was tbh my biggest annoyance with his direction, he's stubbornly old fashioned and is unwilling to accept change. Some of you asked if I could share my original idea, unfortunately my contract does not allow me to do that :( I can however just share that the original idea I had did not require having Rhea and bb Poppy this victimised, I felt like it was quite misogynistic the way Ep15 was executed, so I did my best to reverse that perception by redoing a scene in 16. I'm really thankful the majority of readers didn't take issue with it! I did get a few angy messages and complains from some readers but overall, it was still skewing positive so phew.

I appreciate all of you here for supporting the series regardless, it means a lot and at this time, I am so thankful to have Patreon as a platform for me to release my frustration at Webtoon and also sorry you guys have to put up with my rants xD ily all and will try to make it up to you with more content as soon as my schedule allows it! <3 anyway, imo the series feels more authentic from here on so I hope we'll all enjoy the ride :>
