Starting a Painting: Thumbnail Techniques

Planned to do another little thing for gumroad and i felt that the way i do my thumbnails is probably the part that makes the most sense to dive into as it just is a bit unconventional.
As it's a video thing you of course get it over here and i hope you'll enjoy it. You are a bit my test hamsters or something before i get it out to gumroad officially, so do please let me know if there is anything that is unclear or weird to you. Always hard to judge from my perspective if what i'm talking about makes sense to others.
If you do please provide a time stamp as well so i can find it easily.
