UPDATE: Delivering Cayenne tier rewards via DM

Hi everyone!

I've had some struggle in the past uploading CLIP and PSD files directly to Patreon. My solution to this was to put everything in a Google Drive folder, but then I'd forget to upload files with every post I make.

So I'd like to try a new monthly reward pack system! On the 5th of every month, I'll send active members a DM with a link to the files for the previous month. For example, today (November 5th) I'll be sharing the files from October.

In just a short while, active members in the Cayenne tier should receive a DM from me. Please let me know if you have trouble accessing the folder.

And if you'd like to receive November's reward pack, make sure you're an active Cayenne member on December 5th! The reward pack includes CLIP and PSD files from all illustrations and comics from that month, plus the monthly wallpaper.

potential payout issues

hey everyone! it's possible that some subscriptions were unintentionally cancelled this month due to patreon's issues with accepting patron payments. if this is the case for you, i encourage you to double check with your bank that your subscription isn't being incorrectly flagged as a fraudulent, thank you!

Subscription payment issues

hey everyone! some you might've heard already but in case you haven't, there seems to be some issues with patron subscriptions being unknowingly cancelled because they're suddenly being flagged as fraud. this seems to be because Patreon changed something on their end, and now it's impacting patrons and creators a like.

it's normal for patron numbers to dip at the end of each subscription period, but i noticed an unusually high amount this time, so in case you were affected by these unintentional cancellations i encourage you to please check with your bank!

Minor changes to tier rewards

Hey all, I hope everyone's having a lovely holiday! Just wanted to give you an update on a couple of minor changes I've made to rewards:

1. Any polls I make will now be available for patrons of all tiers! I feel that having a larger sample size will give me better insight into what you're most interested in. And in cases where it's a poll for something like comics, merch, or the monthly reward, it'll also let you know if you might like to bump up a tier for the month if it's something you're especially interested in!

2. For the Cayenne tier, I've changed "monthly digital download" to "monthly digital wallpaper." I think wallpapers have the most versatility in how they can be enjoyed, and it's also currently what I'm most interested in creating. However as my Patreon grows I may diversify merch options again!
