What To Expect: May 2021
Added 2021-04-30 10:11:03 +0000 UTCHow's everyone? At the time of writing this, I feel really tired, thanks to the city chainsawing some nearby trees and using a woodchipper, BUT, I do wanna make sure I write this little blog(?) before I go to bed!
So, May is going to (hopefully) be a pretty big month for me; I'm gonna be getting my 2nd COVID-19 vaccine, so I'll be one step closer to being able to go do fun stuff again. I'm also hoping this will be the month I can plan that making-lemons-into-lemonade trip to Disney World, and, of course, I will also be giving you guys more ACES and MB content for you folks!
This month, we will be working on ACES Chapter 2 Pages 19-22, and touching up Moonlit Brew Chapter 3 Page 24! It's been really nice getting to see Chapter 2 of ACES actually made because the one thing I kinda wish I did less of, in retrospect, was taking 3-4 chapters to just set up the world like I did with MB. In other words, it won't be too long until you'll "catch up" to Chapter 1 Page 1!
Now, I'll probably have to remake at least a quarter of Chapter 1 at some point, thanks to the minor design changes the main characters went through, and certain pages needing some improvement; i.e. The scene where Frankie and Co. walk through the casino and into what was supposed to be a Haunted Mansion-style elevator (y'know, like in the cover?), but l'd rather wait until chapter 2 is finished, first!
For now, I am really exhausted, so I'm probably gonna play some Fall Guys for a bit before I head to bed. Also, you know it's definitely getting to summer when temps are already reaching 90+ degrees. In April. XD
Oh, and hopefully I will hear back from Emy real soon regarding the Val drawing, so stay tuned!
