One-Off Comics Now CONFIRMED!

It hasn't even been a week since I launched the Moonlit Brew Patreon, and we're already off to a great start!

So far, 11 Patrons donated $83 in only 4 days! 

I can't help but feel excited, yet humbled that after years of stumbles, fumbles and tripping like Barney Gumble (sorry, I had to rhyme. don't hurt me... ;-;), things are finally coming together for MB! I cannot stress this enough that I greatly appreciate all your support so far, and I hope that we can keep this momentum going! If you can't donate, that's perfectly fine! You can still help by spreading the word out to your friends/family/pets about the comic, and if they like what they see, direct them to the Patreon page. : )

That being said, we shattered the $75 stretch goal surprisingly fast! What does this mean? Other than the fact that we are now halfway to reaching our two-pages a week goal, we can now start talking about One-Off comics! Basically, these cover a wide variety of things in the MB universe, ranging from "what-ifs", to miscellaneous scenes that wouldn't exactly make sense to put in the actual comic itself, to even making "special" comics of the NSFW variety. ;P 

I'm planning on the length of these comics be around 1-15 pages max, and they probably won't update as frequently as MB would (unless we reach our brand new $200 stretch goal, which would be able to make one page of these one-offs more often, if not every week!), but they will be only available for our Patreon backers up to a month before they reach the general public (or, in the case of any potential NSFW comics, be posted on an adult-themed MB blog)! 

The first one-off will be a "what-if" of if Sam and Simon were werewolves and Lydia was a plain-jane hyooman; I have some ideas on where I'd like to go with this, but I'll start making the script for it in October!

It's gonna be fun writing these, and perhaps it might even answer a few non-essential question people may have with the world of MB, and I hope you'll enjoy reading them. :P

Anyway, nothing much going on per se, other than I'm planning on going to the Museum of Pinball sometime between October 2nd-4th; I wonder if Tommy Tallarico remembers me from when I met him at E For All back in '07? I won't be surprised if he doesn't, but I'm sure he'd get a kick out of reading the comic if he knew what I've been doing in those 8 years since we last met. XP
