I gained a little steam this week writing and I’m still hopeful that I can finish the book before my narrator deadline. Thanks to your support I took some extra time off from my day job next week so I can focus on writing. It’s make or break time.
I opened up chapters 34, 35, and 36 for Root.
I opened up chapters 37, 38, and 39 for Harvester.
I added chapter 40, 41, and 42 for Step Master, Blapy’s Favorite, Divine, and Axiom.

2024-12-20 23:10:56 +0000 UTCI was worried that deadline pressure and the "day job" were going to take a toll on the writing. I.e., it would become a slog of meaningless fights like so many other book series I have read. But you retain your vision and focus throughout. Thank you for that. What I feel differentiates your writing is your ability to present new, big ideas that we haven't seen a million times before, and build them into a great character growth story. Not just leveling up, but more about learning and applying new dimensions in fulfilling ways. It's like A. E. Van Vogt on steroids. I sure hope you can continue to have fun with it. That's important, and enthusiasm is often the first thing that suffers when deadlines and other pressures are applied.
