Putting aside the fact that that's not actually Tetsuko in that post (it's the same "random muscle heroine" featured in this post from waaay back in December!), the sentiment is still valid, so that's what I based this pic on. Now, I have no idea whether Tet-chan actually gets aroused feeling her own muscles (I know she gets aroused when others feel her muscles), but hey, makes a cool illo, ne?
