(This is a public post, since the pics posted here can also be seen at my DeviantArt, Twitter and Instagram accounts.)
This year, after seeing people posting their work connected to it for a few years now, I decided to participate in "Inktober", a yearly event during the month of October in which artists are challenged to produce a piece of artwork using ink on paper, following a list of prompts for each day of the month.
I might actually be cheating by working digitally, but there's no way I'd be able to participate if I had to use actual ink on physical paper, since I haven't picked up a pen or brush for inking in literally years! And I'm using a different list of prompts from the "official" list (which I don't even know what they are); instead I'm using this list I found on Twitter which suits my sensibilities better.
And so, for the benefit of those of you who don't already follow me on Twitter, DeviantArt and/or Instagram, here are the first ten days of Inktober/Beeftober 2021.
Day 1: "Flex"

I drew Satin Steele in a pose I first drew her in in 1999. My first impulse was to draw a double-biceps pose, but I didn't want to repeat the same pose two days in a row, since Day 2 was "Arms".
Day 2: "Arms"

...and who better to exemplify the classic double-bi poe than the blonde muscle goddess Tetsuko?
Day 3: "Vein"

Dyna the Damsel Dynamo in a rare moment of public flexing. The vein running across the back of the bicep was the main reason for this pic; but the photo I was using for reference showed very impressive forearm vascularity as well, so I had to include that!
Day 4: "Lift"

Starburst gets her turn, demonstrating her superhuman strength by lifting... hmm, might be a tank, maybe a bulldozer? ...whatever it is, she makes it look easy.
Day 5: "Grind"

Satin Steele, grinding out the reps even at the point of fatigue.
...this post is getting a little long, so I'm splitting it into two.
