Here's what's coming

Okay, I promised two videos this month: the monthly Q and A (for which I'm still taking questions; hint hint!) and a second video detailing how I render skin tones in my illustrations.

As I was searching through my Patreon archives for something or other, I came across the June 2017 Pic of the Month... and remembered that I had done a video (the June 2017 Q and A video; password june2017) showing the creation of the drawing from initial sketch to final color. Oooh, it was tempting to simply edit that video to show only the coloring process! Then I figured, shoot, I'm creating a Pic of the Month for January anyway, may as well follow through with my original plan of showing the coloring process for that illustration.

So here's the rough sketch of the pose (the full-length pic at the download link below). When I start the coloring (after refining and inking), I'll make screen recordings during my work sessions; and after editing out the boring/repetitive bits, and adding explanatory voice-overs, I'll have the finished video posted in (I hope) about a week. (Wish me luck!)
