Sneak peek: "Tetsuko's Odyssey"

I've been talking about it for months (and some of you probably want me to "shut up about it already!"), but now I'm ready to show that it hasn't been all talk:

At the link below you'll find a PDF of the first three pages of Tetsuko's Odyssey #1, in rough draft form. They still need to be refined, inked and colored, but you'll be able to see how the saga begins.

(Some of the panels contain nudity, so consider this NSFW.)

I know, it seems nothing's happening just yet, although page 3 hints at some upcoming action. It is meant to convey just how prosaic the day that Changed Everything for Tetsuko and Sonya started. (And if it seems that it's leading up to an already-familiar scene, you're right. "This is Gonna Hurt" was - and still is - an illustration of a scene from the first story Pumpmonger wrote for this epic Red/Tetsuko crossover.)

The "David" mentioned on the first page is David Matsutani, whom you might recall reading about here. Some time has passed between her transformation and the start of Odyssey, and in that time Tetsuko and David have become a couple, as many of you have no doubt guessed they would.

And I'm also working on the Pic of the Month, which I hope to get posted who;e there's still a month! ;)
