Definitely one of my favourites as well! I love how Snyder was tagging along lol, and the grownups did such a great job at recapturing their youth. I agree with you on the Willow/Xander relationship - it's something I've always detested. I feel sorry for Oz.

Your comment about good to see Ethan coming back, that is I think the best thing about Buffy, is that they will always remember things, like in Anne when they had the vampire groypy from about ten episodes before come back, Xander remarking about being an animal and the others saying he said he didn't remember that, that was about a year before.

Certainly not The Bay City Rollers, as he professed to like in a previous episode. Loved the expression on his face when Joyce asked if he had any Seals and Crofts! I don’t see this version of Giles listening to Summer Breeze😀.

I love WIllow and I like Xander too, but I find it hard to have a lot of sympathy for their plight because it was their fault. Or a clothes fluke 🤣 Oz and Cordelia definitely don't deserve to be treated that way. Argh!! I don't like it at ALL 😭

I agree about hating what's happening with Willow and Xander but for me I was more concerned about Cordilia because she has come so far now in accepting everyone and being part of the team and she has been a really good girlfriend for Xander. She does not deserve what's happening and neither does Oz. I always love seeing Ethan pop up because you know he's bringing the chaos and fun to Sunnydale and even though he's a villain I'm glad he got away again. Joyce was great as a teenager and when she was handing Buffy the handcuffs I thought she looked incredibly sexy lol. Giles killed it but he's so perfect it's what I expect from him. Can't wait for the next one.

2023-07-24 23:03:50 +0000 UTCYou pointed out Giles's accent. The one that the actor Anthony Head switches to when playing teen Ripper Giles is actually his real one. The one he uses the rest of the time while playing Giles is acted. It's actually the one James Marsters, who is American, used to model Spike's accent. From a story writing perspective they use it to reinforce the much more rough around the edges version of Ripper Giles was opposed to sounding a bit more posh the way he does now. So it also makes sense for Spike since he's very much a drinkin' beers and throwing fists sort of fella also lol. Definitely what I would call a fan favourite and I suspect its also at the stone top of a lot of people's personal rankings as well. I'm glad to see you enjoyed it as much as we do, great reaction see you in the next one👍

The continuation of Xander/Willow continues to...continue. I'm with you. Giles/Joyce are quite the couple though. so cute. Also Giles' teenage accent is closer to Anthony Head's real life accent, he's putting on the posh accent as Giles.
