Some little updates for you guys... This Friday I'll be recording Buffy for the first time since my Easter break so I'm really happy to get back into that. This means I should soon be back to more frequent Buffy uploads here on the Patreon!
I also am hoping to get back to the X Files next week, at least with recording. I don't know if I will be able to edit 3 tv series per week plus 3 gameplay videos AND recording them, but I'll see what happens. I'll have to just play that by ear! I love the X Files but they are the least clicked on videos on the reaction channel which is a bit sad, but I know there are lots of people who love it too 💜

If it gets to the point where the X Files views are just too low, don't feel bad about dropping it. I know the editing is a lot of work for you, and at the end of the day it has to be worth your while.

Side note: Since you’ve, obviously, finished the journey a few years after the movie the science channel in the US put together a reunion special where Minear revealed some of the motivations and future plot points for the characters that even the cast wasn’t aware of. It definitely changes how you view certain scenes on a rewatch and makes you really appreciate all the talent of the cast being able to portray things they weren’t even aware of. It was available on YouTube a while back... may still be.

2023-04-19 03:56:48 +0000 UTCFrom what I remember, The funeral scene in The Message was filmed right after they learned they were cancelled, and this episode is where the main actors got their series wrap after filming their last scene. So I am thinking this was filmed after the last episode.
