As a kid we used the less offensive "I Reek of Cologne"

Panda Style

Hell yeah

Will See

So I think the significance of the rainbow at seaworld is because when a whale shoots the mist up out of the blowhole it creates a rainbow in the sunlight. Thank you Im 32 and I have done the hokey pokey back in the 90s goodnight.

Finally got a chance to listen. Stanger is killing this episode. He’s even got Rodge crackin up.

Doug R

I've tried to find this online and could only come up with a transcription but I feel/know it's on a best of adam sandler SNL vhs tape somewhere.

wayner

IROC joke was on SNL. Jay Mohr in the “Wake up Brooklyn” sketch

Michael St Pierre

we need a sitcom about Stanger training random celebs and rich assholes. Like High Maintenance style, different client/location every episode

Jon Smith

I found the last 20 or so minutes so boring. the only thing keeping me in it was the awful effects

connie voltaire

How many years did it take?

Hammerthrust Von Sexron

I really like Jaws: Revenge, but I have a South Carolina high school education, so that might explain it

Brother rest assured I am already the proud owner of one- no need to proselytize

Joe B

once you get a bidet you'll never go back

bloodflart

I can’t believe Rogers said this might be worse than Jaws: the Revenge, that movie is straight dog water that reuses footage from Jaws with awful strobe effects

Nathan Maidlow

Think the flying leap at a rolling doughnut line is a pg13 reference to Vonnegut's "Slapstick, or Lonesome No More!" The real quote: “Why don't you take a flying fuck at a rolling doughnut? Why don't you take a flying fuck at the mooooooooooooon?” Edit: variation of line appears in slaughterhouse five also

sjmn

Stanger needs to give us his dad's feelings on Jaws 3-D. Rodgers asked him about this at start of the show, but boys got sidetracked with another convo.

Thatguy

One wipe…that’s my American Dream

Joe B

Total miswd opportunity to introduce new character: Stanger-Boat 1983,000

Sneakaboard

You doing a show at seaworld? I’ll be there

Swimfan69

Orcas are the largest dolphin but all dolphins are technically toothed whales (odontocetes), so they’re both. So this means Day of the Dolphin would count for Whaleuary!

Moira's Machine

I think Orcas are a type of dolphins not whales. No fact checking went into this comment, just something I’m probably misquoting from a tour guide.

Arthur Newman

It’s still a great summer movie (3d) to bad they couldn’t come out with double D

John McClane

Please do Diggs Town for Stanger now get up sit down get up sit down … I’m starting a wave 👋

John McClane

I read the first book in the Silo series (Wool) on what really seemed like a recommendation of a coworker. After I finished it I let him know I didn't really care for it and he said "yeah me neither". So he was just talking up a thing he read not something he actually enjoyed.

Mitch Kapa

I was 8 when this came out and me & my big brother were super excited to see it. Opening weekend my Dad drives us over to the theater and we realize the line goes down an entire city block. By the time we reached the ticket counter Jaws 3D was sold out and we had to make the tough decision to settle for Octopussy instead. Later on when I was in college I met my friend Brendan. One night he revealed, somewhat embarrassed, that he had a brief attempt at child acting in Florida. Apparently in the scene where the visitors are in the underwater tunnel, he spots Jaws and says, "Mommy look at the big fish!" I haven't seen the movie in ages so I don't remember if his scene even made the final cut but we gave him shit for it for years.

Tim from New Hampshire

A friend of mine was saved by dolphins: https://www.tampabay.com/archive/1997/10/17/dolphins-comfort-boater-before-rescue/

Crom. I go to you. I stick up for you. And you no help me now. I say, Fuck you, Crom. I do it myself.

Michael Pemulis

If anyone ever called me "junk food buff," I'd be able to ride that high for years.

Dustin

Inexplicable my ass, Chappy St. Clair hit him with the Hades bomb.

Moira's Machine

Is this the one where Bruce the Shark inexplicably blows up?

Stephen Navarrete

Gabrus, I remember this as a big ‘tv event’ movie as well. It was on Channel 11 (WPIX) prime time. My mom got the 3D glasses at a 7-11 as some kind of promo for it’s airing. I specifically remember the scene of the shark breaking through the display glass as both my first experience and disappointment with 3D.

MolSook

Lmao in the cold open "so Stanger is doing great"

Matt Brown

Acti…….Horror Boyz!!!!

John McClane

I did the same lost 15ibs just from quitting soda and forcing myself to like carbonated water.

John McClane

Jaws 3D: This time it's still not personal. Because they're just sharks.

Dark Angel Of The Year

BTW this was the title of the film when it started off as a parody. Which is kinda funny, but really the sharks do die at the end of 1 and 2. So if anything it should be a tie

Sam Riebesehl (Reeb-Uh-Shell)

So am I supposed to, like, work the thumb once it's in there? Is the dog gonna turn around and attack me next if I plop it out out too fast?

Dark Angel Of The Year

A far too rare Dragon Sound reference

Adam Kronfeld

If only there were three people on the show, and they all talked and described stuff about the same amount no matter who moves the plot along.

Dark Angel Of The Year

Jaws 3, People 0

Sam Riebesehl (Reeb-Uh-Shell)

Gabrus still not describing anything, just listing quotes.

Phil Landry

My first 3D movie in the theater and we took a family vacation to SeaWorld Ohio that summer and they had a Jaws water show with the dolphins.

Justin Robinson

Yeah moved out of Kansas last year to Colorado and a combo of the altitude and not needing to drink since they got legal weed instead has really made em fly off. That and the boys kept talking about liquid death on a few old episodes and I switched to that instead of soda. Never realized how fucking bad soda is for you

Christopher Myers

That's a lot of lost weight!

Adam Lewis

Ton of amusement park talk this episode. Last time I went to one was last year St Louis six flags and I found out that I'm to fucking fat to ride most of the rides super embarrassing. Literally motivated me to lose weight and have lost 65 pounds since then going to the Denver theme park next weekend fingers crossed at 255 I can fit on the rides now lol

Christopher Myers

Stanger's dad truly is the dos equis most interesting man in the world

Eugenio Triana

I saw this on TV a month or so before my family holiday to Disney World, Epcot, and…Seaworld. Scared out of my 7 year-old mind the entire time and this was years before the horrors of Blackfish! What the fuck my family we’re thinking letting me see it beforehand is beyond me, as is why Seaworld would let its name be used. 🤨

Dave McM

If you ain't first, you're last. Thank you, Uncle Stanger!
