Harrison Ford somehow makes this inane premise work and is so good he almost distracts you from the cartoonishly bad special effects... Almost. Bad Russian accents and unnecessary chain of command exposition make for a good time. Speaking of good time, this episode begs the question, could a chimpanzee be elected president of the United States? The answer may surprise you.... it's yes.
