The Golden Child (1986)

Let’s face it...The ABZ are the chosen ones. How can you tell?  Just listen to them scream into microphones about this week’s movie, THE GOLDEN CHILD. The Boyz have theories as to why this movie isn’t better,  but the movie not all bad- Its got a fucking shitty-ass score, the worst special effects of any movie they have covered and a fictional magazine called “Chunky Asses”. Now, is it just the ActionBoyz, or did everyone just see a little Hare-Krishna midget in the tree, floatin'?...

I believe reptiles have what is called a cloaca, one hole that handles everything downstairs. So if you're dealing with a snake woman I assume that's what you're going to be working with.

Wow, I did remember this movie being a lot better on TNT when I was 10. Great episode. Maybe one days you the boyz can give Michael Richie some redemption and do 1972's "Prime Cut." Definitely not what you would expect from the guy responsible for "Cops and Robbersons"

Gabrus the term for snake women is Lamia. And yes, you have to jerk off their rattletips.

I wish I could remember more about it! I do remember that his speech centered around love & marriage! Ha!

Wow!

Tibet makes me think of college--I went to IU in Bloomington, Indiana in the late 90s--which was also the home to the Dalai Lama's brother (he taught Tibetan studies and various family members ran Tibetan restaurants in town). This also coincided with the time where Steven Seagal was at the height of his Tibetan/Buddhist obsession. He came to town for various festivals, and I once saw him speak during a Tibetan festival (I felt slightly guilty that I went solely to see his ridiculous presentation, instead of others who were there seriously)--he really stood out in his sunglasses, ponytail, and mandarin silk jackets!

"It's like Gethard's show, but funny."

I was in 6th grade when this came out and my dad took me to see it. I thought it was amazing. I haven't seen it since until I decided to watch it for this episode. It... Does not hold up
