Anytime I see an SWB mother I wonder how she had the child. Sure all the parts are in there, but they've no room to grow when the child is inside (though a SWB baby would likely take up less space). Does this medieval fantasy kingdom somehow have the ability to do surrogacy? To move the queen's egg to a wet nurse or concubine's womb? I love overthinking these logistical things, it's just part of the fun of engaging in this community!
