Anyway, this is Exis, a character in this entity. It began as a story on the Japanese equivalent of Wattpad, Shōsetsuka ni Narō (小説家になろう, literally "Let's Become a Novelist") before getting adapted as both a manga and animated series.
In short, the protagonist initially lives her best life via a popular Virtual Reality-based MMORPG (Mass Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game) due to a debilitating condition that renders her bedbound in the real world. When the protagonist sadly passes on, she finds herself reincarnated into the game world which has inexplicably become real (to her). Two centuries in the game world have passed since she last logged in; familiar locales and characters have been drastically altered, so she must figure out what has happened and adjust to the new circumstances.
Exis plays a minor role (as is the case with anthros in these projects) but I’d seen screencaps of this on bluebird-app. Whilst the project-in-question is an isekai 異世界 (fantasy world story, therefore I won’t watch it) I’ve heard it’s one of the better ones that doesn’t rely on self-insert wish fulfilment fantasies or the usual service to keep the audience’s attention.
