Character is Shantae from Shantae (thank you captain obvious), voted for in the character poll (thank god she didn't end up dropping to third place while I was working on it, it ended up much closer than I expected).
I originally intended to do a WG animation based on her dance, but at the pace I was going it would've taken me over a month to finish so have a sequence instead.
