• Starfire (Teen Titans) diapered under her outfit. She is lifting up her skirt to proudly show off her messy diaper, with a smile on her face. As where she's from they aren't ashamed of using their diapers.
• Toph Beifong (Avatar The Last Airbender) hyperfilling her diaper after Katara gave her a chocolate laxative. Toph is asking Katara about the candy while continuing to fill her diaper.
• Jessica (my OC) in a situation of my choosing, with a full diaper
• Honeydew skin Mei (Overwatch) sitting on a public toilet and visibly struggling to undo a heavily-soiled six-tape diaper spilling over the sides of the bowl.
