"You Meet in a Tavern" - because where else can the adventure start? This would be an image of the party meeting up at a normal tavern, waiting for their quest to begin.
"Slay Ten Rats" - Our heroes get into the swing of things by clearing out some vermin. Say, are these rats bigger than they were a second ago, or is it us?
"Masquerade" - Our heroes are invited to a party where everything seems just a little....off.
"Stupid Puzzle Garbage" - I don't know HOW the DM thought anybody in their right mind would be able to solve this STUPID TRIPE, but I am THIS CLOSE to just RIPPING THIS WHOLE PUZZLE ROOM APART!
"Roll a New Character" - Sometimes the character you've grown so attached to has an awful accident. Sitting the rest of the game out is no fun, but maybe you and the DM can work something out....
"Pose as a Team" - When fighting the all-powerful Lord of Darkness threatening the realms with eternal night, the only way to proceed is with a POWERFUL POSE before battle.
