Possible Raffle?

I wanted to do something cool to celebrate the milestone when it happens, and had the idea to do a raffle or two, with each winner getting an image from me. I remember hearing ages ago though, that Patreon kinda frowned on this practice, but I think that might have changed? I dunno! Have y'all heard anything along those lines? I wanna do something cool for everyone, but don't want to get in trouble doing it.
