So this happened…

My wife an I are both ok, just shaken and angry. As we were approaching a shopping center an SUV cam blasting out of the parking lot straight across the road. After taking us out he jumped the curb, knocked over a sapling tree and wound up upside down in the drive through lane of a Taco Bell. He then got out of his vehicle and ran around the parking lot whooping like he’d just won the Super Bowl. The police ultimately took him into custody. No word yet if he has insurance.
So apologies if there are continued disruptions to output here as we work through this. 2024 has been the gift that keeps on giving but I have to hope we were both spared a worse fate so we could live to see better times ahead.

2024-11-17 14:58:07 +0000 UTCWe suspect drugs. He took off and a witness followed him and said he was threatened with a blade, the guy was clearly not in his right mind. He also apparently hit a parked car in the lot he came out of before he got us.
