Smol Update 24

- added bee nest texture
- added bee hive texture

- added all wooden/stone/iron/golden/diamond tool textures

- added random 3d crystal models to redstone, emerald, and diamond ore
- added random 3d mushroom models
- added diamond armor texture
- added random stalactite models to granite, diorite, and andersite block
- changed iron ore texture to slightly brighter color
- changed oak planks texture


Updated to 1.15 format (chest texture will glitch out if you use it on older versions)

Haven't made honey block texture yet because ptgi shader doesn't work well with it yet

The random 3d crystals for ores were inspired by minecraft dungeons. If you want to make the crystals glow like in my pics, please download the block properties file included in the download folder, use it to replace the same file inside shaderpack, and enable "glowing redstone block" in the shader options for it to work.

The random 3d mushrooms are also inspired from minecraft dungeons, however I'm not really sure about replacing the existing mushrooms, so currently I had it set to appear half of the time.

The new diamond armor texture is just a quick placeholder, not really sure about it and might change it in the future.

Made a new oak plank texture set, please leave a comment/feedback if you guys like the new set or prefer the old one.

Temporarily removed all banner/shield patterns due to format change in 1.15, and I've yet to figure out how to go about updating them.

3mo but i downloaded and replaced it in the shaders package but messes with my water and make is vanilla am i the only one? also my diamond armors don't have a custom texture they look vanilla

you need to download the block.properties file he listed in the download page in order to get the correctly glowing ores. the install instructions are on the 1.16 download post

I'm not sure all my textures are working. My furnace is a simple two-toned block that seems incredibly simple compared to everything else in the pack. I've redownloaded both of the 128 texture packs twice, and reset the textures. It just seemed odd. Would you happen to have a discord? I have a hard time keeping pace with patreon.

after setting up this texture pack + shader combo, my game inevitably crashes with opengl error 1281 or 1285 with a setup with 16 gb ram and 6 gb vram i doubt that its okay also, i've noticed that texture packs with added polygons like those leaves causes it. any ideas?

You need to switch to smart or fancy leaves in the video options, also I suggest disabling clouds so the vanilla blocky clouds don't show up

Overall my recommended settings takes priority over seus ptgi's The reason seus ptgi suggests to disable alternate blocks is because some of the blockstate randomization might not get raytraced properly, but I've adjusted them in my pack so it's somewhat fine to enable it. It's even required for some of the features in my pack to work correctly like the random ore crystals and such

on the new seus ptgi hrr release, alternate blocks are supposed to be set to off. This says to leave it on. Am confused

I've never encounter that bug before so not really sure how to help you there, try doublechecking if you followed the seus ptgi shader and my pack's recommended settings, and if you're using the latest optifine. Also seus ptgi shader isn't using the RTX technology, that "depth of the items and blocks" you're describing sounds like normalmapping, which seus and a lot of shaders supports.

Not really sure how that mod uses grass textures, it might be because it's grabbing the wrong file, not using the right biome tint, not getting traced properly in seus ptgi, not compatible with the optifine ctm textures I use, or just some unknown quirk that's causing it. Overall I'm not really familiar with mod compatibility, it might be better if you ask other people.

Hello, I really liked the pack, but I'm having problems with the foliage of the trees, they are with the buggy texture full of green squares over the whole block, I don't know if it could be my mistake to install the pack, but this is getting in the way. I would like to take a doubt too, the "depth of the items and blocks!, shown in the photos of the project, are effects of the RTX technology right? Or is it possible to have effects like this only with shaders?

Hey there! Ive loved using this pack so far but have ran into one issue that I was wondering you might could help with? I have started using the mod "Natural Slabs" for a grass slab and it just pulls the textures from the resource pack. For some reason, the top part of the grass slab is always darker than the normal grass block. I have tested other resource packs and everything works fine but when I come back to this one, its always darker. All the other slabs in the mod are fine except for the grass slab/stair. The grass is always darker. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

Oh I would actually advice against that, the block properties file is meant for seus ptgi shader, it probably won't work with other shaders as different shaders handle stuff differently.

Yeah I replaced block properties on the BSL shader aswell but there is not glow on redstone or emeralds. You win some you lose some it seems!

Ye tbh by this point I only kept the 256x pack for future hardwares, glad it worked out for you! My pack is custom-made for seus ptgi shader, but you can use any shader you like, just no guarantee how the textures will look in those.

So I tried 256x and it worked! but with all my programs open for streaming, theres to much fps drop. This was on Optifine HD U G1 pre13... I downloaded Optifine HD U G1 pre30 instead. and 128x worked! Now there is no fps issues either. Working flawlessly. What SUES shader do you use/recommend? I was using SUES PTGI e12. It looked ok, but I switched over to BSL v7.1 and oh my it looks great.

Huh that's really strange, could try updating your optifine version or maybe your java / graphics card driver?

This issue is happening with 128x. I also have a RTX 2080ti, Ryzen 9 3900x, with 64gb RAM with 32gb allocated to Minecraft. I also just tried loading the 128x texture onto Vanilla and it worked. So something doesnt like Optifine. Im going to try 256x and then give an update.

Probably due to your GPU not having enough vram or your pc not having enough ram, could try the 128x version instead. If that also fails then I'm not really sure if I could help you.

This looks great! Would love to try it. I have added both PBRtests and PBRtests+ to my resourcepack. I also replaced the Block Properties file with the same file is the SEUS shader pack. I load up my Optifine 1.15.2 and apply the Sues shader. I apply all settings you have displayed above. So I load in the texture pack, and the texture pack +... Resource Reload Failed it says. Not sure what to do. Are you able to help me out? Thanks!

I wasn't really sure if I should include the 3d crystals or the 3d mushrooms or the random stalactites, because some people dislike having block model changed so much, and it will probably ruin existing builds/maps that uses those blocks But whatever, they can be easily removed, it's just some custom block model files.

Looks nice; I was going to comment that it would be good to add 3d crystals to lapis but lapis is technically a stone not a jewel so probably wouldn't make as much sense.
