WIP Wednesday (On a Thursday) 23.06.07

Sorry again for the late update.

Not gonna lie, this week's been real scattershot.  I did a lot over the weekend and the back end of my vacation, but I have had just too many ideas running through my head and none of them would shut up.  Despite my resolution to do more proprietary content I have had no less than three She-Hulk related sequences pop up in my brain, but more on that later.

Commissions!  I've got two on the queue, and they will be my focus this weekend.  Both are pinups.  The big one (above) finally has the pencils complete and is ready for inks and colors.  Lots of fine detail on this one, which is one reason it's taken so long.

There's a color pinup coming.  It's sort of a placeholder for the usual full moon mid TF pinup, although I wouldn't call this one a mid-TF exactly.  All this needs is renders so hopefully you will get to see it very soon!  Then I can start on the big one!

Does anyone remember me teasing a super-secret surprise project many months ago?  I've started work on that again as well.

And then there's JennyBomb!  I did start picking at that again now that CroMagna's Revenge is in the can.  That will be my secondary focus this weekend. 

Finally, those She-Hulk ideas!  I actually typed out two complete scripts (which I actually rarely do), did a couple of character models and even started pencilling one!  I'm hoping now that I've done that I can put them on the back burner for a bit.  With that ground work done at least I know now I can circle back to these in time without having lost the ideas completely.

Summer is a mixed blessing to say the least.  My work weeks drop down to four days but the trade off is those four days are longer and the time I have to work in the mornings is gone.  Plus yardwork and family obligations are also disruptive.  But we will continue, and hopefully now that I've given some of these new ideas some attention I can start moving forward again on Jennybomb and Project QK, which are the top priorities this month.
