How do you prefer to see a new character's transformed state for the first time?

As you know I've started doing profile pics for my characters. It's good (and necessary) practice to have one of these done--especially for a monster/amazon form0 before doing a sequence for reference, especially a color one. I've been posting these character sheets as I complete them, but the monster ones I've been posting buried in the text (with a unless it's a character you've already seen).
