Heli, I agree. I think Lana is motivated by revenge, especially with her relationship with Lex and Lionel’s “trap.” Now she has money so she can do what she wants - not that I agree with that though.

I didn’t watch the episode when it aired since I was new to the series in 2019, but I remember when I was watching it and saw Christina Milian… she was one of the biggest artists out at that time when this episode aired. I liked a few of her songs too!! I think she did a great job in this episode. The scene between her and Clark were fun… also loved how Lana held her ground with Rachel. The scenes with Lex of course I always love…. and ooooh look who it is… Lionel!! and to come to find out it was Lana who was keeping him in that cabin. I loved the scene of Clark saving Lana. It was perfect and how they both were looking deep into each other’s eyes. For me this episode is 2 roses 🌹 🌹 The podcast as always was amazing. Ryan is crushing it and I’m loving how deep he is going to find info about each episode. Michael as always making me laugh ❤️ Thank you ❤️ Thank you for another amazing episode of the podcast ❤️ Looking forward to next week’s…. 2025-08-28 11:20:11 +0000 UTCThere are many things going on in this episode. When I first watched it, I didn't think Lana's actions were justified. Watching it again, this plan of Lana's feels more like revenge. There are many good scenes in the episode, but overall the episode is too much in many ways. Little by little we start to see why Lana and Clark don't belong together. However, I don't believe that Lana is doing all this to get revenge on Clark, as Clark kept Clark's secret from Lana for a long time. I think Lana's actions are purely revenge on Lionel and Lex. Lana is also trying to protect Clark in her own twisted way, even though it seems a bit strange.
