Upping the output and shortening Patreon-only times - Looking for input!

Hey all! So I wanted to talk to you guys about something. As it stands right now, we publish new pages roughly 3 times a month- we've got a full week for patreon-only content before it switches to public, and then we've got a couple days before new content is published for you- So as it stands a 9 day waiting period between pages.

It's no secret I do this as a compliment to the full time freelance illustrations I do- Fantasy illustrations are my main job, and Caelum Sky has been lucky enough to get it's pages done in time. Though recently, I've actually been making headway on this. We just posted page 16 2 days ago- 17 is already done, and 18 is half inked as it stands.

The main problem I have is my output is never on the same day, repeating. It's always a week and two days past the previous page, so if people are looking for new content, it's more of a crap shoot on exactly when that comes out. So here's what i'm purposing.

New pages Monday. Patreon only for 5 days, pages go public on Friday, then a new page for you guys the next monday.

Downsides: That's higher output for me. I usually paint CS during the day, when I'm less likely to concentrate and get things done (I've always been a night owl, working during the day is difficult). I also can work on these on Twitch, which in times like now when I'm swamped with commercial work that i can't show anything else, is helpful to keep that schedule up.

The other side is that'll take us from 3 pages a month, to 4 maybe even 5 sometimes. I always worry about overloading people's budgets and driving them off, but I guess if they've already planned for a maximum for the month, that's been taken into account and I should stop worrying.

There's also the risk of, lets say, doing a bunch of shows in a row like what happened last August, and being faced with delays and gunking stuff up from that. But that can probably be fixed by using my human eyes to see an issue like that coming up and husslin' buns to get pages done to cover the gap. I'm basically just talking aloud at this point.

So, in summary, I think I can achieve this new rate and be fine. But would you guys be okay with an increased production?

Thanks so much for your input!

Im not here for the benefits, im here to support the content :) Regarding the output, I will always prefer quality over quantity. In my opinion, do what best fits your schedule and what feels most comfortable for you, and of course~ keep up the great work.! :) Gr. Mez

Everything sounds good! So I think we'll kick up production and make Page 16 live tomorrow :D
